March 18, 2020: COVID-19 UPDATE-ATRS Offices Closed to the Public

In an effort to protect our members as well as our employees, please take note of the following important changes:

  • Effective immediately, our office is closed to the public until further notice.
  • If you have a retirement counseling appointment scheduled, we will contact you to conduct a telephone counseling session.
  • If you would like to visit with a Retirement Counselor or have any member inquiries, please contact us at (501) 682-1517 or info@artrs.gov. Counselors will be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Most of our forms including Retirement Applications and T-DROP Applications are available on our website under Forms.

Retirement applications and T-DROP applications along with any other documents may be mailed to: 1400 West Third St., Little Rock, AR 72201, faxed to (501) 682-2359 or emailed to info@artrs.gov.

We will continue to provide updates on our website along with Facebook and Twitter.

ATRS staff is on-site to ensure continuity of operations.

Direct Deposits for March will be made as scheduled on March 27, 2020.
