The interactive benefit estimator has moved to the Member Portal.
Use the Benefit Estimate Worksheet to create a manual Benefit Estimate. Utilize information from your Annual Statement, which is mailed out yearly in September or can be found under your Member Portal tab, to compute your Final Average Salary (FAS) and input service credit years you earned with an ATRS covered employer. The Benefit Estimate Worksheet will produce an estimate of your retirement benefit amount. This is an only an estimate and may not capture the entire picture of what your final retirement benefit will be. This estimate reflects a benefit projection based on current Arkansas laws, and is subject to change.
Outside factors, such as reciprocal service and salary, purchased service, and refunded service cannot be used and calculated in the Benefit Estimate Worksheet. A member should contact ATRS for an estimate if they have reciprocal service. For a more detailed and accurate estimate of your retirement benefit, please contact ATRS at 501-682-1517, or email us at info@artrs.gov to get an estimate from a counselor.

Although we strive to educate our members with specific answers to their individual needs as they attempt to make a sound decision concerning retirement, it is the responsibility of members to make certain the retirement decisions they make are best for them. We suggest that all members request a current benefit estimate before making any final retirement decision.
